Distance Selling Regulations

Customers located within the EU are entitled to a ’14 day cooling-off’ period when they purchase products, meaning they have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 working days.  Should you choose to cancel your purchase you must do so in writing within 14 working days, commencing the day after your goods have been delivered.  Your cancellation request must be sent to info@simplyskin.eu.

According to the Distance Selling Regulations, Simply Skin shall fully refund the cost of the product(s) purchased and the original delivery cost.

Simply Skin is not liable to cover the costs of returning the products.

Returns Policy

Where products are not wanted and written notice has been received after the ’14 day cooling-off’ period (please see above), we shall happily offer you replacement products to the same value, within 28 days from the day after your goods have been delivered.  Simply Skin is not liable to cover the costs of returning the products.  Once the 28 day period has expired, Simply Skin has the right to refuse the return of unwanted products.

When completing your return, your request must be made in writing and sent to info@simplyskin.eu, referncing your order number.

All items must be returned unused and in perfect condition.

Faulty, Damaged Products

Where products are received damaged, we shall be happy to exchange them.  Simply send an email to info@simplyskin.eu letting us know which products have arrived damage, along with photographs, and we shall happily send you replacements

Returns Process

Returned products must be wrapped securely in the original packaging in which it was delivered.  Please ensure the order reference is listed in the packaging.

Should the original packaging have ben disposed of or is damaged, the returned products must be securely wrapped in suitable packaging so they are received at Simply Skin in their original condition.  Where return packaging is deemed unsuitable and has caused damage to the product, we reserve the right to refuse to send you replacement products.

We recommend that products are returned to Simply Skin by means of a recorded delivery service such as Post NL’s Track & Trace.

Where the original order qualified for a free gift, the free gift must also be included in the return package.  Failure to do so could limit the value of the replaced products we send you.

Where the original order qualified for a discount, only replacement products to the discounted value of the original order, shall be sent.  This may mean that not all products can be replaced.  Should you wish to receive replacement products for all returned goods, you shall be required to pay the difference in value.
