For Indulgent Pampering: Massage onto damp, cleansed skin to exfoliate. Do not wash off with a cleansing product such as the Shower Ice Cream. Rather, rinse off with only warm water so you do not wash away the beautiful hydrating and moisturising oils and butters in this product. Pat your skin dry with a towel.

You can use this product once a week.

**Important: This product does not contain added plastic beads nor does it contain preservatives. It is really important, therefore, to ensure no water is introduced into your Spa Salt Scrub as water will dissolve the exfoliating salt and will introduce bacteria.

Organic Shea Butter - The therapeutic properties of Shea Butter are said to be numerous. Extremely high in Vitamins A, E, and F, it provides your skin with all the essential elements it needs for good balance, elasticity and tone.

Organic Avocado Oil - this is a high quality oil with outstanding regenerative properties. Rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, it is reported to soften and revitalise rough, dry or aging skin. It is also purported to be highly emollient (i.e. softens and soothes skin), repairs dehydrated dry and mature skin and can slow down the visible signs of aging. As this oil penetrates the skin more deeply than other oils, it can transport nutrients through the outer epidermis layer of the skin into the dermis layer, for increased effectiveness.

Organic Borage Oil - high in gamma linolenic acid, this oil is reported to be excellent in maintaining skin radiance as it restores moisture and smoothness to dry skin, helps combat skin roughness, and may reduce fine lines and wrinkles.It is further reputed to be beneficial in the treatment of skin conditions where the skin is inflamed and easily irritated such as eczema, psoriasis and dermatities. It is also purported to reduce itching.

Olive Butter - with excellent emollient (i.e. it softens and soothes skin) and antioxidant (i.e. protects your skin against free radicals) properties, this butter is a natural moisturiser. Containing natural essential fatty acids, this butter is reported to be an essential ingredient for anti-aging products.

Epsom Salts - studies have shown that the elements of this natural exfoliant, magnesium and sulfate, are readily absorbed into the skin. Magnesium plays a number of roles in the body such as reducing inflammation, helping muscle and nerve function and regulating the activity of over 325 enzymes. Sulfates improve the absorption of nutrients and flush out toxins.

Dead Sea Salts - derived from the Dead Sea, renowned for its therpeautic effects since Ancient times, this popular Spa ingredient contains components which are reported to combat fluid retention (magnesium), balance skin moisture (potassium), increase circulation and reduce water retention (calcium), and relax muscle (bromides).
