For Indulgent Pampering: Every time you treat your sore, tired feet to the pampering effect of a full foot treatment you can be sure that, not only your feet but, your whole body and soul will gradually succumb to the waves of relaxation that will inevitably flow through you.

Begin by sprinkling a couple of teaspoons of your Spa Relaxing Foot Soak into a footbath of warm water and soak your feet for up to 10 minutes.

Dry thoroughly with a warm towel before rubbing a small amount of Spa Relaxing Foot Scrub onto your feet to exfoliate rough, dry and hard skin leaving your feet feeling soft and smooth.

Gently rub more stubborn areas of hard skin, such as on the heels of your feet, with your volcanic pumice stone.

Wash with warm water and dry throughly before massaging in a small amount of Spa Relaxing Foot Butter. Your Foot Butter is a leave-on product so please do not wash it off, rather invite it to absorb into your feet and leave them soft and silky.

Please note: Your Spa Relaxing Foot Butter is a deeply nourishing recipe of blended butters and oils. Therefore please take care not to slip after application.

Organic C02 Extracted Rosehip Oil - containing an extensive list of active ingredients associated with skin boosting, this oil attracts a number of benefits for your feet. The high level of essential fatty acids is purported to help skin hold moisture and reduce dryness. It is also reported to encourage damaged skin to repair itself.

Organic Shea Butter - The therapeutic properties of Shea Butter are said to be numerous. It is a very mild, rich-textured emollient (ie soothes & softens skin) which is hailed for its protecting properties.

Organic Cocoa Butter - containing vitmains A, B1, B2, B3, C, and E make this butter an excellent moisturiser. When applied it provides a protective barrier between sensitive skin and the environment.

Organic Coconut Oil - This oil is said to be naturally anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, making it a perfect ingredient for foot products. It is also an excellent skin conditioner and is rich in anti-oxidants.

Organic Avocado Oil - Rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, this oil is reported to soften and revitalise rough, dry skin. It is full of vitamins and protein and is said to have anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant properties.

Organic Jojoba Oil - Out of all the compunds in nature, jojoba oil is one that is most similar to human skin sebum (oil) making it an ideal oil for balancing the skin.

Organic Lavender Essential Oil - the therapeutic properties of this oil include antiseptic, analgesic (pain relief), antispasmodic (suppresses muscle spasms), cordial (produces warm feelings),  deoderant, sedative, and vulnerary (promotes healing). Organic Tea Tree Essential Oil - with therapeutic properties such as antimicrobial ((kills micro-organisms), antiseptic, bactericide (kills bacteria), fungicide (kills fungi) and reports that it helps heal athlete's foot and other skin conditions, this is an ideal ingredient to be included in a foot product.

Epsom Salts - though not actually a salt but a naturally occurring pure mineral compound of magnesium and sulfate, this ingredient is often associated with drawing pain and tiredness from muscles. Both magnesium and sulfate are readily absorbed into the skin. Magnesium reduces inflammation, helps muscle and nerve function, and regulates over 325 enzymes.
